After years of being on the receiving end of spanking, slipperings, canings and beltings himself, Joe Templeton (Matt Mills) has been promoted to prefect, so now he can punish the bad boys instead.
Danny Herbert (Sebastian) is having a really bad time ...
first a trip to the doctor for a vitamin shot in each cheek
followed shortly after by a hard bare bottom spanking from the Head Boy
and later he gets the birch whilst hoisted over the head boy's
shoulder
He gets his revenge too though, spying on the bullying Head boy get his comeuppance
in a marathon scene where the big bully gets spanked, caned and birched
As prefect Matt thinks everything is different now ..
but of course some things never change!!
When Sting is in charge, all bad boys get spanked!!
